The 2019 MTSU Horn Day will be held on January 26!
|
Check-in/registration will begin at 8:30am in the Saunders Fine Arts lobby. The physical address of the Music Building is
1439 Faulkinberry Dr. Murfreesboro, TN 37132.
PARKING:
Parking on the weekends is free. You can park as close to the Wright Music Building/Saunders Fine Arts as you can find a spot! There is parking available on the street as well as in the lot by the baseball stadium.
You will want to enter at the main entrance to Wright Music Building (Faulkenberry Dr.) and proceed to the Saunders Fine Arts lobby. We'll be working in SFA 101 and 110 for most of the day.
Please be advised that there are several events happening at the same time this weekend, so watch out for the tuba and euphonium players in the building. Don't follow them... that just can't end well. :)
WHAT TO BRING:
You will be playing, so be sure to bring your instrument, valve oil, etc. You will not need any music, as this will be provided (unless you've been selected to play in the masterclass... bring your music for that). We will eat lunch on campus and the cost for this is included in the registration.
WHAT TO WEAR:
This will be a casual event, so you may dress comfortably!
